Engineering Manager (2023–present) · Team Lead (2022–2023)
- Led a team of 10+ engineers delivering core product features across web and mobile platforms
- Established engineering practices that improved delivery predictability and reduced cycle times
- Bridged product and engineering functions, aligning technical execution with company growth targets

Cleaning services company in Madrid, building from zero
Lead Fullstack Developer & Architect (2017–2022)
- Designed and built the entire technical architecture from scratch: Symfony/API Platform backend, React frontend, Flutter mobile app with offline NFC-based employee timekeeping
- Managed a team of 4 engineers through the full product lifecycle, from concept to production
- Maintained a direct relationship with the CEO, functioning as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution
